It started with an apiary. The dream of becoming bee keepers blossomed into 4 acres of lush lavender fields.
Hunter’s Place has grown into a majestic 4 acre lavender farm, full of Grosso and Super varieties. Each lend themself to their own unique scent and visual appeal. These varieties are grown intermixed in rows and are spread amongst two separate fields. We are currently looking to supplement our offerings to include culinary lavender.
During the harvest season, you can find us at a number of festivals selling our fresh lavender bundles. In addition, we also sell fresh bundle wreaths, live lavender plants and dried lavender sachets. Look for updated event postings to come buy some fresh lavender, or to just say hello.
The Honey Bees
Hunter’s Place has a very active apiary. Our apiary consists of six hives holding two varieties of honey bees; Italian and Carniolan. In 2025, we topped our honey harvest at 525 lbs.
